It all started with

the 2008 National High School Chef of the Year competition.

Johnson & Wales University -Ten students competed in the dinner category and 10 competed in the dessert category.

Students had three hours to prepare their recipes for a panel of judges for the chances to win scholarship money to JWU.






Kevin entered the competition with
Frozen Strawberry Yogart Pizzelle's. 
Pizzelle's and ice cream have been a family favorite, and so he switched it up to use strawberry's and yogart to make a frozen dessert in a crunchy shell.
